Gordon Shaw - Founder & CEO
Gordon graduated from the University of Washington and helped transform a software startup into a multimillion-dollar company early in his career. He served as Software Director at Wall Data, Washington State's then second-largest software company, before founding a software consulting company in 2000-2001 that developed the first version of what became Loan Originator Networks. He leads LON with a focus on client needs and building strong teams to make it the premier online mortgage lending solution. Outside work, Gordon enjoys family time and boating in the San Juan Islands.
Josh Powell - Lead Software Engineer
Josh leads the execution of LON's technological initiatives. With a deep understanding of mortgage technologies and a passion for innovation, Josh designs and drives development of cutting-edge solutions that empower LON's partners. When Josh isn't coding, he enjoys the challenge of endurance sports, whether it's tackling rugged trails on a long run or competing in triathlons.
Michael Baker - Product Development & Sales
With a background in production, profit and loss, and regulatory oversight, Michael specializes in product development and sales at LON. Prior experience includes 13 years in P&L management and 17 years as SVP/Regulation O Officer at Flagstar. Michael helped scale wholesale production to support Flagstar's position as the second largest wholesaler nationally. LON's technology supports our client's ability to do the same.
Alexander Shaw - Senior Software Architect
Alex works on a variety of security-, data-, business- and systems-related projects at LON. He designed and maintains LON's cloud infrastructure. He enjoys finding simple solutions to complex problems and ensuring his co-workers have the best tools for their job. His background is in quantum computing research, and he loves keeping up with the latest science.
Andrew Kulieshov - Senior Software Engineer
Andrew builds web solutions using cutting-edge frontend frameworks and robust backend technologies. He enjoys turning complex requirements into clean, efficient user experiences. With a background in full-stack development, he brings balanced expertise in both front-end design and back-end architecture.
